We collect only the information needed to process and fulfil your rental inquiry. This includes: your name, phone number and email address when you submit an inquiry; your driving licence details and identity document at the time of vehicle pickup; communication records from WhatsApp, email or phone conversations related to your booking.

Your personal information is used solely to: confirm vehicle availability; arrange, manage and fulfil your rental; communicate with you about your booking; comply with our legal obligations under Greek law. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have explicitly consented. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): contract performance — to fulfil the rental agreement; legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws including vehicle licence verification; legitimate interests — to respond to your inquiry and manage our rental operations.

When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited under their own privacy policy. We use WhatsApp solely to respond to rental inquiries and booking communications. We will not initiate unsolicited contact via WhatsApp.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the rental and comply with our legal and accounting obligations, typically no longer than 5 years after the end of your rental. After this period, your data is securely deleted. You may request earlier deletion subject to any applicable legal obligations.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Communication records are stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff only.

As a data subject under GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations); object to or restrict processing; lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) at www.dpa.gr.
